Title: Update 3.9.4

Just downloaded the latest version (3.9.4, released 6/28/2016) and keep getting the following when trying to run it after the download:

Missing File: TweakingImgCtl.ocx

Is this a bug or what should I do to overcome this problem?

Running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, using Chrome browser.

Thought this may have just affected Win 10, but see http://www.tweaking.com/forums/index.php/topic,4688.0.html
