Title: Missing file TweakingImgCtl.ocx (SOLVED)

Unable to install Tweaking Repair  3.9.4 on fresh W 10 clean install. Getting error : Missing file  TweakingImgCtl.ocx
I'v disabled defender and tried multiple times with repair tool from site. thoughts or a link to a previous version?

woops! just spotted refference to this in forum, I'l try solution.
And 5 minutes later joyousness, all well & solved
