Title: Can Tweaking remove panel control icons?

I want know if Tweaking can remove icons of panel control of unistalled programs that have remained in panel control

- Yes, it can. These icons are stored in the iconcaches that are removed by "12 - Repair Icons". But that also assumes the associated program files are removed as well. Otherwise those icons will re-emerge. Because when these caches are not present then those caches will be automatically rebuild by Explorer.
