Title: Cannot run tweaking repair program

Hi,
I am hoping someone can help with this issue:

My operating system is Windows 10 64bit system

When I run the tweaking repair program, it goes to safe mode and then I get the message "This app can't open using built in administrator account, sign in with a different account".

I tried to do this but nothing seems to work

Can someone help me to overcome this issues please?

Can you run the program in normal mode first and then try it in Safe Mode.
