Title: 1 out of 16 registry backups failed, help needed

After backup upon startup today, Tweaking.com Registry Backup reported that 1 out of 16 registry backups failed.  The error occurred on "C:\Users\Public\ntuser.dat (Size: 8.00 KB)

I would like your input as to what you recommend in regards to fixing the error. 

I attached an image.

Have you tried the back up again after a reboot to see if you get the same error message ?

Sometimes you can get a glitch and a reboot can sometimes be the solution.

Anyway, glad yours was just a simple fix :)
