Title: Now it's repair #28 (or is it 38?)

I came into work today... and I was over 18 hours into repair #8.  Read the forum... repaired MS Office... and got stuck again on #8.
I un-ticked repair #8 and continued.
Now she's on Step 1 of Repair #38/42 ... for going-on 45 minutes. (System Monitor (Process Count: 64) - 2-28% CPU usage... reading and writing... still)
I always do this stuff in Safe Mode.

I have been a Tweaking Pro User for years and have NEVER experienced any issue with the Tweaker. 
Is this something to worry about now (after reading thru the forum)?

Yippee.... It finished! 
It rebooted!

Did you perform a chkdsk /r and sfc /scannow before running the program - that has been known to prevent Repair 08 from hanging or taking a long time.
