Title: TR don't work

Hello,
W7 Family; I try to make a friend's computer faster. That computer hase one drive C: near empty; only 18 Go on 650. I runed TR (last version) and it stopped near the beginning. it try 4 times but unsuccessfull. Same issue in safe mode. What can I do for my friend?

Are you talking about WR - Windows Repair ?
