Title: auto restart

I have had this problem for quite awhile. My pc will not restart for updates or by just clicking Restart. It will restart in safe mode but even using your tweaking tool I click on prompt to go to safe mode by restart and pc freezes.

While you haven't said which version of Windows you are using, do you have any USB devices plugged in ?
