Title: Windows installer not fixed with most recent updated tweaker program

I recently lost my windows installer on Win 7 home premium.  I cannot reinstall my MS FrontPage 2003 or any other office program = I still get windows installer service not working.......

Have you ran my Repair MSI tool yet? Or my Windows Repair tool?
