My name is Aussietaff and I purchased Tweaking Repair on June 24, 2022, directly from Tweaking.com/
Now when I want to use it.
When I Click onto the System it states the following. "Windows cannot access the specified Device, Path, or File."
"You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"
I would appreciate help in advising me what can be done.

Can you try reinstalling the program to check if that resolves and if not, see if you can access the program after booting into Safe Mode with Networking.

Thank you Boggin, I have tried going into Safe Mode but that made no difference.
I do not know how to Install the Pro program again as I am unable to find how to get it to download, without paying for the Software again.
I have Uninstalled the Pro. Version and now I have installed the Free Tweaking.com, version and that works OK, but perhaps, not as good as the Pro Version.

If you haven't made a note of the product key then in Frequently Asked Questions you will find under had tey -
Enter the email address used to purchase the program at https://resend.tweaking.com.
I think if you had reinstalled it on top of your existing install it would have recognized you had the Pro version.

Thank you so much Boggin, I followed your instruction. I now have the Tweaking Repair installed.
I also now have made a note of the Code, so I will know the details to get out of the mess I was in.
Your help was wonderful, and I appreciated it very much.
