Hi, The wall paper changer are freely available. But when user uses them, there is occasional pop up reminding something about the product and also some times urges the users permission to visit their sites for new wall paper.
Hi, Shane, please suggest a best OFFLINE wall paper changer which do not have any kind of internet connectivity , to exclusively available only for offline use.

My favourite wallpaper changer for Win XP was the year 2002 version of "Webshots". But this program doesn't work in my current OS, Win 7 any more..
If you're using Win 7 (Vista ??) or later then it has a build in and free wall paper changer.

As willy2 said Windows 7 has a built in one now :-)
Webshots is an online one though.
Holy crap this just made me remember one of my first programs way back when was a wall paper changer. I still have it. This is from 2002! lol
Feel free to try it :-)

The Webshots wallpaper changer from 2002 (??) was a program that the user could use offline without internet connection. Yes, there was a small advertisement but it was far from intrusive. And it was very easy to use. Later Webshots versions were not so easy to handle. But alas, it was designed for Win XP and didn't work on Win 7.
If you're on Win XP and you're interested then I am willing to send you the program. I still have it.

No I mean my program is from 2002 :-)

Hi, Shane Thank you, but could the screen saver be adjusted in centre, and fit within a frame. Because, when i set a screen saver file it occupies, or otherwise, stretches the whole screen and give a truncated, or a trimmed look
-
It is an old program and I made it for xp. I havent touched it in 11 years lol
As you can see, in my program there is no option to set center or stretch and such. It does what ever is set by default on windows. Try changing the way Windows does the wallpapers and see if it works then the way you want.
If my old program looks like something you would really use then I dont mind looking at seeing if I could update it to have the position of the wallpaper in the program.

Thank you for the reply . It works with windows seven also. The program does not have any popup, or daily asking of changing to pro and all that . It is nice, I will try to change it by using windows settings, It is really one that i was longing for . I have tried from free ones from internet, but some are having other unwanted links, which automatically pops up, whether you click it or not.
Hi, Shane, the program is real blessing. By your sharing i know of it. Thank you once again. In adding it does not allow to add more than one picture, or continuous jpeg files in a folder by shift key. These are the improvements , i would suggest. Really thank you for sharing information, which one has.
By the By, when updating windows 7, about 136 updates have been installed. All are ok but the background colour or some display changed. Your screen was having green colour with bluish tinge. But now i am seeing white colour. How to find which updates have caused this to happen and how to locate that updates to have the previous back ground colour. My emails have also underlining in eaach of the mail. I am just copying this screen shot for your ref for solution
Not only that the start icons of the ms office programs, also lost colur. I know that this is to be asked as a new thread. your replies are solicited.

But it is a worth harmless and cool wall papar changer Oh what a relief to get back my colours in your site.
I noticed a fact, that when i choose some pic as desktop wall paper changer in the cs wall paper changer, then i get this display problem. Please make it work with windows 7 also because it is you who developed this .
