Hello shane,
I would like to download file from https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/securedownloads/hh442898  but has like that problems see  that link: http://www.picz.ge/img/s4/1304/25/b/baff79a32792.jpg

please help and explain why, what should i do?

You have to have paid for a MSDN subscription to get those.
