Hello

just passed with tweaking in my windows 8.1, got skydrive freezed no pictures where shown, and the store don´t let you install anything, give 0x80010426 error

i have the store problem in all versions of the software

thank you for your hard work, on windows 7 works perfect

I don't have any of those problems on my Windows 8.1 machine after running all the repairs, I also tried to look up that error number and there is nothing on it, can you double check what error number you are getting? :wink:

OK I did some research on that error code and it looks like it has something to do with Windows Activation.

This link here gives you a tool that can check the system for that. :wink:

Looks like it also checks the account itself on the system as well.

I ran every single repair in the program on my Windows 8.1 system and I dont get that error, so I am curious to what is different on your system.

really i don´t know, my system is 100% genuine, and what happend, i saw skydrive, friezed, i can´t saw any document, everything was blank, and that error appeared when i was trying to download an app.

i run the malware first, clean everything, in the other step of cheeking file systems, give me error´s, but it didn´t correct them, so i run the tool then. And what i notice was that, i made a full recovery, and back to normal.

i don´t understand either, i was just reporting

It might have just been a hicup in the system.

When you run the last repair in the program for Windows 8 it has Windows 8 repair itself and that should take care of the problem.

i´m going to try...i have no error´s just want to clean up, and correct that error´s that appeared on the check file system in tweaking tool, i want to fix that, but i have to test again, i select all the options by the when run the repair..i can try again and let you know what the result was.

Let me know how it goes, that last repair is where Windows 8 is told to resotre the health of the system, these two commands are ran when you do that repair

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Which is one of the default Answers MS gives to try and fix things in Windows 8.
