Title: Repair WMI

While running this I get a lot of The Directory "C:\etc etc ....."     is too long.

Is this normal ?

Yes if you have broken symbolic links on folders that are causing it to loop back to itself, making it an infinite loop. When that happens you will get an error that the path is to long after a while. But when it errors out it will move on to the next folder.

Shane
