IN THE browser OF MOZILLA FIREFOX
THE Streaming VIDEO IS Stuck. NOT BUFERING. IT'S Approximately every 10 seconds.
even re-installed. THE browser.
On another computer does not have this problem.

Try with Firefox in "Safe Mode", to eliminate a conflict with Add-ons.

Try what Samson said first, when testing a problem like that the first thing is to try without any other add ons.

The browser you tested on another system is using the same internet connection correct? That way we can count out that it is simply and speed issue.

When I have a problem with one browser I usually check to see if I get the same on another, but you could run Anvi Browser Repair Tool which includes a couple of fixes should it be a Flash problem (click on the Firefox icon in the left pane). http://www.anvisoft.com/browser-repair-tool.html
