- Only when you restart your computer the settings for the Pagefile/Virtual Memory become active.

I have installed a virtual "win 8.1". I bought a copy from the registry. Now that I've laid out, refresh of windows is installed. Windows booted up again, never :(  Always the same. I tried Chkdsk, I ran Windows repair. Didn't happen.


--> I don't speak English. I'm using the translation. ^_^ I want to specify

Did you check to see if the page file is on the root of the C: drive? You will have to enable hidden files and take the check off of hide Microsoft system files to see it.

The situation is like, I don't use virtual memory. Covering for front-of-memory condition. :)  I can't find anything related to this solution.
