Once in awhile I can leave tweaking w/ shutdown enabled, wakeup ck puter & it still doing #1, no progress!! ???? :omg:

hmmm did you run in safe mode with networking?

Aside from making sure to run it in safe mode, I also found that if a user had quick edit enabled for cmd.exe on the system and a user clicked into the cmd.exe window that the cmd.exe would pause until the user hit enter, so basically the repair just sits there.
In the new version 3.4.2 I put in some steps to try and make sure quick edit is turned off so this doesnt happen and a user doesnt released they clicked the box and cmd.exe paused

I haven't ran in safe mode yet! It does work otherwise the length of time that #1 takes to complete, today over 2 hrs!!

When the first 2 repairs take a long time to complete it is because of 3rd party programs. There is a ton of registry keys, and your AV and such will typically scan everything it touches, really slows things down.
Compare the speed of it when ran in safe mode.
