Hey Shane
What are these three highlighted drivers and are thy used?
Chris

IPX is a networking protocol.
If you go to the properties of your network connection and see what protocols are listed do you have IPX in there?
Shane

Nope. Just tcp/ipv6 and tcp/ipv4. I am not using these, can I just uncheck them in autoruns?

The yellow highlighting on autoruns means that the files for the startup entry does not exist. See the Image Path column closely. They are some old left over entries after driver or application removal.
You are safe to disable them or even remove the entries.

You are safe to disable them
