How to disable caching ?!
Every time open folders explorer.exe extremely reads all the time in the background. It is a mega annoying. Since I can remember this problem always exists in Windows 7.

Unfortunately, all solutions found on Uncle Google - failed!

Does not save the cache thumbnails (file thumbs.db)
STILL reads...
Please other good solutions.
