Windows 7 64bit just updated to windows 10 and get the message
Starting Repairs...
Started at (2/3/2016 10:25:24 PM)

The current repair has failed to start 5 times.
Something is keeping the repair from running.
Try running the repairs in Windows Safe Mode. (This will keep 3rd party programs from getting in the way of the repairs)
If the repairs still fail then please post in the Tweaking.com forums for support."
I am running in safe mode and ran all the previous steps as recommended.
Tried twice and same message.
Have run updated Malwarebytes and full McAfee scan before running this program.
Win 10 installed but the Widows Start icon does not respond nor the search feature.
No app list, etc.
Log attached.
I will purchase the program if it works for me on this PC.

are you running in safe mode with networking as that should make sure no anti virus or other 3rd party program get's in the way.

I wrote in my first post, "I am running in safe mode and ran all the previous steps as recommended."
After a few more attempts I was able to get everything to run and the program fixed every problem I was experiencing.
Very pleased with the results and will purchase the product.
