Title: [SOLVED] Windos 10 Store - reinstall from scratch?

Hi all

I have the most actula Window 10 installed (Version 1511 Build 10586.164). After I had removed Windows 10 Store completly by using Tweaking.com - Windows Repair v3.8.4 I'd like to reinstall it again.

I've yet not found a working solution. I've even tryed -using PS - .\reinstall-preinstalledApps.ps1 *Microsoft.WindowsStore* but with no success.

Any ideas are welcome.

Was that Repair 28.02 that you used to remove the Win 10 Store ?

Since Threshold 2 update, the cmd that WR used to rebuild the store would break it which I believe is the same as the cmd that you have tried.

I'm not sure if going back into WR and restoring from the registry back up would reinstate it but you could be looking at a reinstall - that is if you didn't create an external image before running WR.

To restore from the registry backup - go to Step 5:Backup - Open Registry Backup/Settings - Restore Registry - then use the dropdown to select the date of the backup if more than one.

Thanks a lot for your appreciated feed back. I've restored the regystry to about 5 days back and I've got back the store.
