Yes.
4 core x 3.5 GHz


I understand that it is only 25% of the CPU, but it causes a big slow down computer performance.

Awesome its running 100% resources means its high priority open taskmgr and set it to a lower priority. Simple fix 😀

- There have been a lot of complaints regarding Windows Update lately. Including high CPU. Seems Microsoft is getting a (little) sloppy.
