Context menu does not display when right clicking with the mouse
I know that many people have had a similar problem and I know that it requires a command CMD or edits the registry.

It is not the fault of the shell because I removed a few items and still does not work.

Strange, but accidentally I found out what was blocking:

I pressed both Left and Right mouse button: unblocked

but what to do to avoid re-lock the right mouse button (or Context Menu)
