HTMLAsText v1.11 - HTML to text freeware converter

It supports UNICODE but destroys the Polish letters.
How to set up the program correctly for Polish letters?
I wrote to the author program but always without an answer.

All tools that test ALWAYS damage the text. Completely destroy everything.
How to convert many large files from HTML to TXT file.
It must be full Unicode support, different languages (eg Polish)
I have test many tools, but they do not properly support Unicode, Polish letters or large text files or destroy all sentences.
