Do you mean proxifier.net rather than proxyfire.net? There are plenty of links to the former if you Google it.

I've found a Proxifier.com but it looks like it's a program you would have had to have installed rather than getting it as a PuP as it's a paid for program.

https://www.proxifier.com/

Can you copy & paste your Hosts file to have a look ?

Nothing in those host files as far as I can see - just standard hosts file. I've nothing useful to add.

Well you've had better luck than me.

I've clicked on Save then Open for both attachments and I get zilch - I can't even find where they have been saved to.

@ JR - Can you save them as a Notepad file then attach them.

Hi Boggin

This was the hosts file

# Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
#      102.54.94.97     rhino.acme.com          # source server
#       38.25.63.10     x.acme.com              # x client host

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
#   127.0.0.1       localhost
#   ::1             localhost

127.0.0.1       localhost

And the hosts BAK file

127.0.0.1       localhost

xxxx

I downloaded to my Nexus tablet, seemed to work ok
