Error while trying to initialize a new disk
WD BLUE 4TB

Code: [Select]

The VDS service can not save the boot code to the disk during the clean operation. Error code: 80070001 @ 02070008
Disk Manager: Incorrect function

I tested in Easeus Partition Master, Macrorit and all other software - not detect new HDD

As you say you have tried everything then perhaps you should ask for a RMA on the disk as it could be defective.
