When I run the sfc program I'm told
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log For example C;\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
I'm not sure if, I do run the program occasionally before I tried Tweaking.com is from what. Could you find a way to fix it too? Also I'm having trouble with the cut and paste, for example from the sfc /scannow DOS window and suspect something blocking the ctrl-c ctrl-v operations though I can force them to work in "copy to note" in Opera or to redirect QuickPaste from ClipCahe Pro. Maybe there's a way to check that this important function, i.e. the clipboard, is intact and/or then repaired?

Are you able to use it in anything? If not then it sounds like the reg keys for it are messed up.

Did you check the log to see what files it couldn't repair?

Appears to be a printer driver file and a Intel cpu id file?

Looks minor. It only found 2 things. Looks to be drivers installed from windows updates. And it cant find the file again.
But again, looks to be minor

Thanks I don't have a Lexmark printer (Canon) and I read it might have been a virus in another scenario.

Haven't seen a virus hit the SFC before. But anything is possible :-)
To be safe run a tdsskiller.exe, combofix and malwarebytes scan
