Title: i can't start Tweaking.com - Windows Repair

I got error when i try to start Tweaking.com - Windows Repair after install it. this also happened when i run in safe mode. Is anyone can help me?

- Does you HD have some "bad spots" ?

What do you mean by bad spots?is it  bad cluster? if it is.. then yes.. i have performed chkdsk /f /r c: in cmd, it found 2 bad cluster but there is no bad sectors at the end of checking (i'm sorry for my bad english.. is not my native)

Usually a reinstall will resolve that, although you will need to use the FileHippo site to download the latest version, but use the program's uninstaller to uninstall your current version first.

As an additional check on the status of your HDD, download the 30 day free trial of HDSentinel and then uninstall it when done.

Download the trial v5.30 (ZIP) version.

This will give a written report on the status of your HDD.
