If you download it, give it a scan with MSRT by going Start - type mrt.exe and press enter when it comes up and then use the file scan option.
I once downloaded an ISO for XP from an unknown source and it found a file in it which it removed.
I was unable to test the ISO as I didn't have a XP machine to try it on.
You can get a genuine Win 7 ISO download if you have a valid retail product key from https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows7
There's also this web site where you don't need a valid retail key to unlock the download, but I've never used it - I was fortunate enough to get my Win 7 ISOs from Digital River before MS issued a Desist order on their downloads.
