Title: 4.4.6 blocks Event Viewer

After running 4.4.6 with all repairs in safe mode, I got the infamous "this app has been blocked for your protection" error. This bug has been around for at least a few versions now.

I was getting mmc.exe being blocked to protect me which meant I couldn't access Services.

I found later that running the program a second time resolved it.

Can you try that ?

I assume you created a system image before running the program ?

The error is easily reproducible. The system has other permission problems; hence the reason I'm running tweaking, but this looks like a bug in your code. It's not the first time I am seeing it.

Are you getting this error when you just run the Permissions repairs ?

This was an old system, so it was easier for me to just wipe it and reinstall Windows. I will try if I get time to test this on a VM.

Old system or not, we need to know which repairs are the cause.
