Title: DVD problems

Look in device manager and my DVD has yellow flag on it try to update driver and it said had the best it could find.Look on the web and they are saying their is a problem with windows 10 and the DVD driver.Can not find one try to f ix it by delete the upper filers did not help.Any help I would appreciate.Here are some files I copy off of my event page

Can you right click on it in Device Manager and select Properties.

Under the General tab it will give you an error code - can you let me know what that is ?

DVD players sometimes give up the ghost - I've had a few changed over the years.

Sometimes right clicking on it in Device Manager, selecting Uninstall then on Action/Scan for hardware changes will reinstate it

Have you tried uninstalling it as I've suggested ?

There are some other steps in this article to what you have tried - I assume you are using Win 10 ?
