Hi, I bought a license for your product on 12/19/2017 and now I get this message when I try to activate.

Registration ID: FRANCISCO JAVIER ALEMA� BAEZA (This can be anything you like)
Registration Key/Code: Key is banned either because of a refund or abuse.

Only this code has been used in our company and has never been shared.

What's going on?

I've had a reply from Shane.

He has checked and that you had bought the yearly tech licence but hadn't renewed it when it had expired.
