I'm in the dark on this one as well - I won't even bother Googling it as you have exhausted all know solutions.

Just a guess but have you tried accessing its control panel in Safe Mode where Nvidia won't be loaded.

To get around the Access Denied, you could add Take Ownership to the right click context menu.

Scroll down to the blue link for Take Ownership Menu Hacks for the batch file to merge then right click on the control panel if you can and select Take Ownership.

A sfc /scannow  only checks Windows system files and not hardware.

So what did Nvidia say ?

Have they suggested booting into Safe Mode with Networking, uninstall the graphics and then reinstall it ?

If you do try that then I would create a restore point first.

In Device Manager/View/Show hidden devices you can uninstall it from there and then clicking on Action/Scan for hardware changes should reinstall it.

Right now they are not saying any thing?? I went in a look at options Disk clean up it has 277.43 MB on I did not delete yet let them tell me to I guess??And the hidden files did not do much at all Do I need to be in safe mode for that?? I guess wait a little while longer  ?? Well we are now going to do what we have already done three times with do help and I told to go well you know!!  Can you tell me why or how that driver is not in my remove or change program ????  The only thing that shows up Nvidia is the one Experience ??? Thanks

Display adapters don't show up in Programs and Features - only in Device Manager where you can right click on it and select Uninstall.

This would need to be done in Safe Mode where you would be using the onboard VGA graphics and not your main Nvidia GPU.

I'm going to try that on one of my other machines after creating a restore point and will get back to you.

That doesn't work for my Intel graphics - it just installed a Microsoft generic graphics driver.

Hopefully my restore point will reinstate Intel, otherwise I will need to restore with a recent system image.
