As you've said you have tried restore points, sfc /scannow and a chkdsk, I'm not sure what the status of your machine now is - is it working or not ?
Can you get into the advanced boot options to try Startup Repair to see what it reports ?
That can produce similar notifications to what you've had and will report what it is able/unable to do.
If that reports it is unable to repair, reboot to normal mode and open a Command Prompt (Admin) and enter these cmds which can take a while to complete.
dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
shutdown /r /t 00
and see what you get after the reboot.
BTW - Your English is fine.

Thank you for your fast answer :cheesy:
For his status, it isn't working at the moment
I forgot to say it in my first post, but i tried a startup repair also, but it didn't work also, i have the message "startup repair couldn't repair your PC"
I will try tommorow those cmds.
I really hope it will work
In case, is there other cmds to do ifyour cmds here won't work?
Thank you

The machine would need to boot up to access a Command Prompt (Admin) to execute those cmds.
Does the machine do that ?
If it does and you can open Windows Explorer/This PC then the next step would be for a repair install which doesn't affect personal stuff or installed programs.
You will need Win 10 install media to perform that which you can create after reading the instructions at https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10
When you insert the install media, double click on its drive which when using a DVD will start the process but will open to its files when using an USB where you would then double click on setup.exe Application to start the process.

I once did a trial repair install of my 1903 version of Win 10 and it took about 7½hrs compared to about 4hrs with earlier versions of Win 10.
Unlike previous versions of Windows, Win 10 doesn't ask for a product key during a repair install as it's digitally activated.
Hopefully those cmds will do the job without the need for the repair install.

I hope so also
