Title: Fix program to size windows content to window size

Can't use your program in safe mode on a small screen tablet because your windows size to the screen dimensions but your windows content does not - leaving all the action buttons on the right side of the screen invisible.

I'll pass this onto Shane, but not sure what he can do about it.

Are you using an antivirus program that you can disable so that you can run the program in normal mode ?

Windows Firewall will be active so that you will get some protection.
