Title: Newbie does stupid move.

So ....I have Win.10Pro.I used Technicians toolbox and deleted admin user !!!!!!!!____!Now I cannot open any Windows apps or install anything or uninstall.I booted into safe mode and uninstalled the program.Not it may be worse.I do not have a Windows disk ...cannot use restore points...it will not let me do a reset neither.Please help the dummy.All I have is my user group with no admin powers.

Boot back into Safe Mode - go Start and type rstrui.exe and press enter when it comes up

This will give you access to your restore points without having to go through an UAC.

This article gives steps on how to restore your admin account should the restore points not fix, which again is done in Safe Mode -
