I've been using the Envelope Printer on an older Brother printer and it's worked great. Purchased a new Brother printer MFCL8900CDW and only a portion of the address prints in the upper right corner where the stamp should be. It appears that the rest of the address is printing somewhere off the envelope. The address and return look fine in print preview.
Update: After trying different envelope sizes in the program I went back to the Printer Supported - 20: Com-10 and it worked fine.
Thanks for looking!

I would tend to suspect the printer.
This article mentions setting the printer to envelope mode, although it's for a different model.

I would suggest that you read through the printer instructions to see if your newer model has this facility.

Thanks for the reply.

Let me know how you get on.

I tried different envelope size options hoping to center the address. I went back to the original size and it started to work properly. Not sure why this happened, but I'm glad it works.

I don't have an explanation for that either, but glad you found a solution.
Does your printer have that envelope mode ?
-
Yes, they feed through the front cover. Feeder only holds 10 envelopes, but that's still quicker than feeding each one individually.

If the printer had been older then it could have been a dirty roller to give a bad feed, but as it's brand new, then that would eliminate that as a possible cause.
Still a mystery.
