hello,
I have been using your free version for a while but from last updates i don't get anymore the program to start at book for my windows 10 properly, i need to start it myself every time. 4.11.7
i tried to remove the task and then click back again "Start with Windows" but didn't work, then all of a sudden it works - not now after i updated it again though.
I really like having Tweaking in the systray so i can quickly free memory when needed, with a quick right click and boom.
What's going on?
Best Regards,
Gabrio

Have you tried reinstalling the program afresh ?
Whenever I get a WR update the WR duplicates in the taskbar but is removed when I click on it.
-
hi, i just tried, uninstalled ccleaner and then restart, then installed it again. same story
installs fine, when you go to task scheduler you can see the task but it's on "ready", then if i do right click and "run" it immediately runs in the taskbar. - it wasn't like this some time ago, not the end of the world but not great.
-
I can't find it in mine as it displays in your Task Scheduler but why did you uninstall ccleaner ?
I was checking mine in Task Manager and it was showing 0% CPU usage which increased slightly when I clicked on the icon.
It vanished completely when I clicked on exit to close it and I had to open WR for it to reappear.
It's never done that before.

sorry i meant uninstalled > ran ccleaner to remove leftovers, i didn't write specifically "used ccleaner to remove leftovers" . in my head that was obvious lol

could you do me a fav and restart the machine, then go to task scheduler and take a screenshot of how it looks
as i assume yours loads when you restart automatically with the little icon in taskbar, correct?
thank you

Yes, it appears when the machine boots up.
It isn't convenient for me to reboot just yet but I've attached a pic of my Task Scheduler -

actually i just noticed something - so when you start up the machine it doesn't show up right away.... after playing a bit with it , i carried on doing work this morning and i noticed that after a while, cannot tell how long though, the icon loaded in the tray, and also on my other computer, so there seems to be a bit of delay, maybe 5 minutes?
so in the end, it works, just be a little patient :)

It could be delayed by other auto start up programs.
Open Task Manager/Startup and check to see how many you have enabled and what you can disable and leave enabled.
Mine are set at a minimum.
I'll check to see how long it takes for mine to appear the next time I boot up, but it always seems to be there.

I've just rebooted my other Win 10 machine and there was a delay before the icon appeared, but only for a couple of minutes at the most.
Perhaps it is normal ?
