Hi,
The diagnostic function no longer works in network center and sharing
if someone has already had this mistake and managed to fix it
Thanks .
can be poster in the general section

You haven't said which version of Windows you are using so I will assume Win 10 or 11.
Open a Command Prompt (Admin) or Powershell (Admin) and enter these cmds -
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
netsh int ip reset
shutdown /r /t 00
Check to see if you have any connectivity issues after the reboot and let me know if the sfc /scannow reports it is unable to repair all files and which version of Windows you are using.

Hello
Windows 10
I would tell you more at the end of the scan
-
If you get any error on running the netsh reset cmd - open a Powershell (Admin) and enter these cmds -
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
shutdown /r /t 00
-
after restart the connection was turned off for scanning all is ok
now windows works normally it's just that I had never seen this error and that I can't fix it.
-
Well we got there :)
-
the error is always present only Windows works normally.
I did a Windows update with its ISO and the error is still present.

Can you check if the Diagnostics Policy service is running.
Go Start - type services.msc and press enter.
It should be showing as Automatic and Running.
If it is running then go Start - type troubleshooting and press enter.
From there you can click on other troubleshooters and select Internet Connections to see if it runs.
-
Finally I formatted and install Windows 11 the case is fixed so, it was minor as dysfunctional but impossible to fix the error, I had checked the services at diagnostic level and also found a link with the same error
Thank you for your help.

I was going to ask if you got the same connectivity problem in Safe Mode with Networking, but glad you were able to resolve even though you had to use the "nuclear" option.

I didn't think about it
