You have the tools here (Windows Repair 2019 v4), but how do you fix drag-and-drop in Windows 10?

Windows has its own repairs.

Open a command prompt and run as an administrator then enter these cmds -

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

then reboot and check.

I already tried this method but it didn't solve the problem.

I found at least one serious bug in the Chrome browser that causes this problem, I accidentally discovered It causes "Chrome's built-in language translator."
From English to Polish or maybe other non-English. Then, when you hover over the "like" button (example Facebook) and other website... and move the mouse this browser window goes crazy!

Does anything happen when you use the Edge browser ?
