Title: Loaded Tweaking.com computer shuts down.
Post by: Scott on February 07, 2013, 03:21:29 pm
I have a Toshiba Satellite, it was vista and make into XP with Windows 7 Ultimate. (32 bit). When I load your program, I have no problems, I follow each step.

When I turn off the computer and later start it a block pops up saying power supply and it shuts down, I can bring it back up but it shuts right back down.

I have to run system restore in able to use the computer at which time I lose your program.

Any Idea's, can I uncheck something in the menu of the program that will by pass this problem.

I put this program in my other Lap Top and it works fine. I'm at a loss.   Scott

Power supply? Anyway you can get a picture of when you get that error?

Also what we can do, if your willing, is to do 1 repair at a time, reboot and see when you get the error. That way we can see which repair is triggering it, and then I can tear into what the repair does and find an answer :-)

Can I try the one repair at a time by un checking the menu box that shows up, On the picture of post, it's too quick to for a screen shot, it'll shut down.
I have plenty of time, just need you to advise me what to do.  Scott

When you get to the repair list just click the unselect all button. Then select the first repair and start there. After each repair do a reboot, and do 1 repair at a time :-)

Then remember what the last repair you run is before the reboot. This way I will know which repair is the trigger, then I can find an answer :-)

Very good Shane, I'll start in the morning and work it until I find where the problem is, I will then advise you of it and we can go from there.

Thank You.
