I appreciate your help - none of this seems to work. How can I use fbackup  to backup my system so I can restore the computer in case of it crashing?

I installed backup - couldn't figure out how to do a systems backup -

this is the error message I get with windows backup: attached file

This problem has probably been raised before - cannot do system backup - any help/suggestions?
