Hi, tom. Tested on three browsers (Chrome, Firefox and I.E 11).
There are some governmental sites (BR) that only work properly on I.E (yeah, it sucks), so we are stuck with it on some cases.

Had some machines with firewall problems (wouldnt start, bfe and such, windows 7).
Ran the repair tool, it fixed everything ok, but now everything related to digital certificates became very slow.
Whenever we try to login into a site that requires a digital certificate, it takes around 3~5 minutes for the certificate selection screen to show up.
Also, the Certmgr.msc snap in is very slow in general.

any help or tips?
