General Computer Support / RESTORE POINTS disappear after every REBOOT in WIN 7 Home Premium

My restore points automatically disappear every time i log off. When i log back on or do a restart, they are gone!!!!! I don't want to have to reinstall the OS. That is such a hassle!!!!  Can you help those of us that are having this problem???
