Well, you made my day!  Thank you so much Shane!  Appreciate it!  I worked with Windows Desk Help several hours and we never did fix this.  Now I can carry on!!! LOL with my life!   :cheesy:  :smiley:   :cheesy:   :smiley:

Your program was highly recommended by Windows.  They guaranteed that your program would solve my inability to download Windows SP1.  Not sa much!  Tried running it twice.

Any suggestions?
