General Computer Support / hyperlinks don't open in Internet Explorer 9

When I click on a hyperlink in MS word or excel I get the following message:  "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on your computer.  Please contact your system administrator."

This is my computer, I am the administrator.  I have MS Office 2010, Internet Exporer 9, and Windows 7.
