7th screenshot down shows the "Command Prompt"
Have a play with it before you attempt any changes, that way you'll be more familiar if you actually need to do it.

oops I forgot
  with the sfc /scannow /offbootdir=d:\ /offwindir=d:\windows
replace the letter "D" with whatever your "Boot Drive" is, in Command Prompt if you have Mulitiple drives, your "C"
Drive may have another letter, mine shows as "D"

impossible to confirm anything, as different computers have a host different interweaving Programs but you could make an Image Backup
of your drive first "Shadow Protect" or "Macrium Reflect" are very good.
System restore won't help as restoring the Registry does not restore deleted drivers.
Cheap way out, if boot fails due to Driver Error, run Win7 Repair enter Dos Prompt and from drive x type:  sfc /scannow /offbootdir=d:\ /offwindir=d:\windows
any windows files deleted should be restored.
If you have an 850w P/Supply that is more than enough for your 170w GTX760

My own experience is, that once a Virus has infected a Computer you can assume the Anti Virus Software will not be working correctly,
the best way out(if you can) is to connect the  infected drive to a second Computer(I use a USB3 Docking Station)
and run the Anti Virus Software from there, "do not click on the infected drive" just note the drive letter and run the Software.
Once the Anti Virus has cleaned or OK'd the drive, put it back and reinstall the corrupted  Anti Virus
I have done this many times with complete success.

You could try putting the old card back in, run NFR(nasty file remover) cleans out old Video Drivers, then put back the GTX760 and re-install drivers

If you installed new programs and maybe not shut down correctly, the hiberfile may not have the drivers stored but they are on the Computer.
Try booting into safe mode, disable Hibernation, reboot and re-enable Hibernation.
Since your running Win 8, Safe Mode is not enabled by default, you will have to run Windows repair enter the dark world of DOS
and type:   bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy
I don't take credit for this, I have a Win 8 Machine I set up to try to see what the pitfalls and pluses were and I had a problem
requiring me to go into Safe Mode and found this info after a web search.
Best bet for fast laptop, delete Hibernation and put in a Solid State Drive.
I found a Program in the UK called "Macrium Reflect" it makes an Image of all the Partions on your current drive and re-installs
them (Boot Ready) onto your SSD.

I did as Chris suggested and removed all .Net References then re-installed 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5.
UWT v2.2 is in fact now working with the exception, I still get the error message and item 1 on UWT "System Information"
all information lines say not available, I guess that's as good as I will get but I do hate a mystery.

was working on badly corrupted win7 machine (kids on holiday)  Norton 360 had been completely disabled, the base filter engine and Firewall were missing from services(due to Viruses)I was able to fix the registry entries but they still would not work (error 5). Malware Bytes picked out 1168 objects, I then ran the Tweaking.com Repair and and base filter engine and Firewall were back in business, I reinstalled Norton and everything was right with the world. I thought I'll just check if UWT V2.2 has been reset and clicked on the Icon, up came the message, "Microsoft .NET Framework" Unhandled exception has occurred, if you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue etc etc. At first I thought it was the result of the Virus but curiosity (I filled out a need to know form)got the better of me, so I went to a Machine that was perfectly normal, did a System Backup and ran Tweaking.com repair, the result was the same error message.
I'm not knocking Tweaking.com repair, it's amazing but while it might interfere UWT (which I can live with) it might also effect other program using .NET Framework that I don't use but someone else does.
I did think of keep running Tweaking.com repair over and over again unticking one box at a time until I found the offending section but then no one would about it.
Any ideas or has this question been dealt with before?
