Many thanks for your advice. I'm afraid I have had to do a rollback and all has returned to normal. I will wait until it becomes less troublesome before I re-update.

After a long update to WIN 10 today (2nd June) I have lost the Microsoft calculator, store etc. so I thought I would try "Tweaking". Unfortunately it gets as far as safe mode but then I get the message: "Tips cant be opened using the Built-in administrator account. Sign in with a different account and try again".
I haven't got a different account!
What do I do - please.

Thanks so much. I had a problem with Office 2010 and had to uninstall it - then was completely unable to re-install. Ran your fabulous programme and it completely cured the problem. Absolutely marvellous. Thank you so much.
I have tried to make a donation but it will not accept any payments. Sorry.
