shane, i am so sorry i missed your reply.  didn't even think of the logs.  i will review them, but, since, i've been able to run the program.  thanks for your great work!!!

hello.  the registry repair worked wonderfully, however, the 'reset file permissions' first stuck at file 'tweaking.com', next time 500 before and then again at 'tweaking.com' when i started it from 'job 2' on.  restarted on the next job and the rest worked fine.  any ideas??
