General Computer Support / I have run sfc/scannow and found corrupted files!!

Shoul I run tweaking  all in one if I have such problems with corrupted files which sfc/scannow  could not repair at alll    !!!!   Normally I think I can not but there must be a solution in this case..????    Thanksss!!!
